Tasty chicken strips

Tasty Chicken strips

Step 1
500gr of chicken fillet cut into strips
National spice atcha gosht

Marinate the chicken strips with the national spice

Roll in cake flour
Dip in egg fry till lite brown

Step 2
1 onion chopped
2 tomatoes grated
1 tbs taj mahal ginger an garlic masala
1 tbs dhana jeeru freshly ground
1 tbs ginger an garlic freshly ground
1/2 tsp achaar masala
Tumeric for colour
1 tsp salt or as needed
Few curry leaves

Make vagaar with the above

When done add the fried chicken strips to the vagaar, add 1/2 cup water and cook till chicken strips soaked in gravy

Garnish with dhania

Delicious flavour

Serve with roti or fill in mini hot dog rolls tastes great either way

Mexican Tortillas

Mexican tortillas

Filling
500gr sausages cooked & sliced
1 onion chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp dhana jeeru
1 tsp robertsons pesto&parmesen spice
Sprinkle little salt and black pepper as needed
1/2 cup steers peri peri sauce
Green dhania
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Fry onion till lite brown. Add cooked sausages and spices. Mix well. Add peri peri sauce and mix well. Lastly switch off the stove and mix in dhania and grated cheese.

Tortillas

2 cups cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbs ghee in a cup and fill up with boiling water so that the ghee can melt.

Make a soft dough. Makes 7 balls. Roll out like roti as thin as possible. Fry on a tawa till cooked.

Fill the tortillas wid the sausage mixture.
