Step 1
500gr of chicken fillet cut into strips
National spice atcha gosht
Marinate the chicken strips with the national spice
Roll in cake flour
Dip in egg fry till lite brown
Step 2
1 onion chopped
2 tomatoes grated
1 tbs taj mahal ginger an garlic masala
1 tbs dhana jeeru freshly ground
1 tbs ginger an garlic freshly ground
1/2 tsp achaar masala
Tumeric for colour
1 tsp salt or as needed
Few curry leaves
Make vagaar with the above
When done add the fried chicken strips to the vagaar, add 1/2 cup water and cook till chicken strips soaked in gravy
Garnish with dhania
Delicious flavour
Serve with roti or fill in mini hot dog rolls tastes great either way
